Happy Turkey Day!
Thanksgiving this year was the 'off' year for the Ellsworths so we got to enjoy it with the Bullocks. It was quiter this year then in years past with only the Holmans, Mom and Dad and our family.
But oh, it was Delicious!
The weather was a bit un-predicatable, with some cool afternoon showers while we feasted, then sun which allowed us to enjoy some time playing outside in the wagon and walks around the circle and playing 'blongo ball' in the backyard. Then when the sun went down, it turned pretty cold which worked out because we were due for a skype date with the whole Bullock clan; the Olaves in Virginia and the Trevor and Lauren Bullocks in Hawaii and in the Josh and Jourdan Bullocks and Kendal in Utah. We enjoyed talking & laughing with one another and receiving some rather shocking but welcoming news...the newest Bullock family, Josh and Jourdan, shared with us that they are pregnant! Congratulations you two!!
Whats Thanksgiving without Papas Turkey?!

Deacon loves to ride bikes.
Jason and I have yet to get some, we're hoping Santa will bring some for Christmas this year.
But until then, this is how we ride.
Deacon still has yet to figure out that those pedals are for your feet. So he likes to 'walk/ride' with his feet. We'll give him a little bit longer because for now he refuses.
And we're okay with that because he's so cute.
He loves going and would spend all day playing on the slides and swinging on the swings.
There was one time I pushed him for about 40 minutes.
There was one time I pushed him for about 40 minutes.
My arms were killing me and I had to call it quits.
A few months ago he couldn't climb up this ladder, he's growing up so quick!
Every time we go to the park he attempts to climb up the pole.
And every time he doesn't get more than a couple of inches off the ground when he jumps.
He's a very determined little guy.
And oh so cute while he tries.

Happy Halloween!
Thankfully Jason was able to switch with someone at work so he could have the night off to spend with us. We were grateful for that.
We decided to go to our wards Halloween party & "Trunk or Treat". Deacon was like a magnet for the younger kids, they all loved his balloons. He had several following him, hoping he'd give them up for them.
Deacons first time 'trunk or treating'. He was so cute. We'd tell him what to say, but he grew shy and would whisper it every time.
We met up with the Bakers and had to take our 2nd annual Halloween picture with the boys in the parking lot.
The Bakers.
After the ward party we headed over to the Bullocks for a late dinner and to spend time with Mimi, Papa and the Holmans.
Victor, the garden gnome and Deacon, Russell from "UP".
Gardeners and the Garden gnome.
We had a great Halloween and are already looking forward to next year.
