Sow...

We have been wanting a garden for quite some time now, and its finally working out that we have one! We've gone in with some friends of ours, Trevor & Lauren and Nick & Tara, to turn a mess of a plot of land into a beautiful garden. We just planted [tomatos, carrots, basil, garden beans, peas, cucumbers, sweet peppers, bell peppers, jalepanos, lettuce, onions, chives, green onions] this week and are already seeing "the fruits of our labor". Its awesome! We can't wait until is a full working produce section just like at the grocery store. To add a little color, we have also planted some flowers, you can't have a garden without them. =]

What a mess! Its getting there....Trevor & Lauren have some more "in between"pictures....but after many hours during the week and a 6 hour Saturday, here is the final product!

For Memorial Day at Ala Moana Beach Park Hawaii always does a Lantern
Floating Festival. Its a beautiful way to celebrate those that have sacrificed for us. And watching those lanterns on the ocean at sunset is breath taking.

...Shark Diving!

The water was the most beautiful blue we had ever seen. On our way out to 'swim' with the sharks we saw a whale jump not too far from our boat so the captain decided to take a detour to check them out, unfortunately we were too slow and missed them. But when we got in the water with the sharks we could hear them calling to one another, it was amazing.

Surfing in Waikiki. Kevin & Heather. At Tantalus-Look out above Waikiki/Honolulu.

The Rosenoffs.

While the Rosenoffs were here visiting Jason & I thought it would be so fun to have the girls spend the night for at least one night. It was decided to have them on Easter Eve; we had lots of fun with them!

We went on a walk to the temple

{Katryn, Lindsay, Baby Mac & Bun-Bun.}

We had Adam & Stacey Cottle over to dye Easter eggs.

And Lindsay hula danced for everyone.

Easter Morning; much to the girls suprise, the Easter Bunny found them all the way in Hawaii. Tattoos @ the Polynesian Cultural Center. PCC Luau.

Unbelievable huh?

How Jason and Michelle became Jason & Michelle…

...The “Readers Digest” Version...

Jason and Michelle knew each other once upon a time ago in high school (we actually went to a homecoming dance together as friends). After graduation we lost touch with each other. Michelle lived and worked in Arizona for a couple of years then moved away for school at Brigham Young University-Hawaii. Jason went off to serve a mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.

During a summer break, Michelle came home and attended a singles ward, where she ran into Jason once again after all those years. We became fast friends, began dating and then Michelle went back to school in Hawaii. When summer came again, after dating long distance for about a year, Michelle went back to Arizona and ended up staying longer than expected. On November 22, 2006 they tied the knot.

Michelle brought us back to Hawaii and here they are living, schooling, working, and playing in Paradise. It's like a little piece of Heaven here on Earth, especially being here together.
