What a 4th!

For the 4th of July Jason had a work meeting at 7am after which, he came home and we decided to enjoy some much needed sleeping in. Once we got up and got going we headed to the beach to soak up some sun then met up with some friends & family (the Bullocks, Holladays and Johnsons) to go spear fishing. Afterward we headed home to get ready and met up with some friends from our ward to go to dinner for Aushras Birthday. It was a great time & the food was delicious.

The Robins & us then met up with the Bullocks & Holladays, we played Wii and headed out to cause some trouble with our own fireworks show since we all had just barely missed the show at Turtle Bay.

So,  Josh & Hayley Wilbur, thank you for your "flowers"!

Jason & David Robins.
Watching Jason box on the Wii is one of the most entertaining things anyone has ever witnessed.

What a bunch of Kooks!

Yes, that is lit and yes, it is in Taras mouth.

For some reason I knew this 4th was going to be different & since we missed having a BBQ and all the typical 4th of july foods, the following Monday I decided we couldn't miss out on it and we enjoyed it for dinner-complete with homemade potato salad, watermelon, chips and hot dogs. It definitely felt more complete. And yes,all in all we had a great 4th this year!

"One Year Older and Wiser Too..."

For Jasons birthday this year, we celebrated by sleeping in a little then having a delicious breakfast followed by something neither of us had ever done- Kendilyn joined us and we all went and hiked a new hike, Maunawilies. It was beautiful!

  "Happy Birthday to you..."
[Anyone who knows Jason knows he has amazing lung capacity---except to blow out trick candles. Just look at how exhausted he is. haha.]
